Facial Cleansing Milk for "problematic" and oily skins

Another Facial Cleanser, rich in Vitamin E. The procedure is like the previous described, but the herbs and oils used in this one are suitable for oily skins and "problematic".

What you need:
  • Tea from Lavender, Rosemary, Basil, Mint, Chamomile and Calendula
  • 50ml of low fat Milk Cream
  • 100ml Aloe Vera Gel
  • 5 drops Olive Oil
  • 5 drops Wheat Oil
  • 5 drops Sesame Oil
  • 3-4 drops Rose essential oil
  • 2-3 drops from Melissa, Lavender, and Rosemary essential oils, diluted into 2 spoonfuls Chamomile oil and a few drops of Apple Cider Vinegar.
  • Lemon Juice (from 1/2 lemon)
Preparation:
  1. Sterilize all the equipment that you are going to use.
  2. Prepare the tea, by boiling the herbs into 300ml of water, for 10 minutes approximately and let them cool.
  3. Put the Milk Cream, the Aloe Vera Gel and the 4 oils into a pot.
  4. Prepare the second mixture of oils by adding the essential oils into 2 spoonfuls of Chamomile oil and some drops of Apple Cider Vinegar. Add the mixture to the pot and stir well till all the ingredients are unified.
  5. Strain the herbs and add 50ml of the tea into the mixture.(you can add up to 100ml of the tea, it depends on how dense you want your milk cleanser to be)
  6. Blend the mixture very well, till all the ingredients are unified and add the lemon juice in the end, which serves as a natural preservative. Put the cleanser into a nice bottle and keep it in cool temperature for 1-2 weeks.
You are ready to use your new cleanser now!

Tips: You can keep the rest of the tea as skin lotion, by adding some drops of apple cider vinegar!

Body lotions are used to make skin soft and smooth. People feel younger after using body lotions. There are large numbers of body lotions available in the market. But, a homemade lotion is the best method of saving money. There are various methods to make body lotions at home for maintaining the skin healthy.

Homemade Body Lotions:

Blue Satin Body Lotion

Ingredients:

  • Soap flakes – 3 full tablespoons
  • Witch – hazel about one teaspoon
  • A few drops—perfume and blue coloring
  • Water about four full tablespoons
  • Glycerin one full teaspoon
  • Olive oil – four teaspoons

Procedure:

Take the soap flakes and amount of water into a fry pan and low heat. Remove soap flakes after dissolving and then add olive oil, witch-hazel and glycerin in the mixture. Leave it for few minutes to cool. At last add a few drops of blue coloring. The body lotion is ready to use, it is become as a thin, lovely and cream blue mixture. Use it after taking shower.

Rose and Lime Body Lotion

Ingredients:

  • One tablespoon of glycerin
  • Three full tablespoons of rose water
  • Two full tablespoons of limejuice

Procedure:

Mix all ingredients well. And make a paste. People, who have dry skin, use this body lotion, as it is very effective for them and make the skin soft and smooth. One should store this body lotion in a cool place.

Almond Body Lotion

Ingredients:

  • One teaspoon of almond oil
  • About 10-12 full tablespoon of water
  • Three full teaspoons of lanolin
  • One teaspoon of vegetable lard
  • One teaspoon of petroleum jelly
  • Two full teaspoons of glycerin
  • One full teaspoon of perfume and cornflower

Procedure:

Heat all the essential oils and boiled water separately. Mix both of them after removing from heat. One should pour this mixture of body lotion into an airtight bottle. Always shake well before using this body lotion.

Lavender Body Lotion

Ingredients:

  • One full teaspoon of borax
  • One full cup of rosewater
  • Two tablespoons of warm olive oil
  • A few drops of lavender water

Procedure:

Mix borax in rose water and after this add olive oil in the mixture and beat gently. Leave it for 60 minutes and strain well. Shake well before using this body lotion.
